Itinerary:

DAY1
We pick up from the airport and transfer to the hotel, then we visit Belen market to know about natural medicine, drinks and handicrafts in  Pasaje Paquito.  After that we visit the Maniti rescue place ( trichechus  inunguis) there you can have directly contact with these amazing mammals. Finally in the night we enjoy by going to different discotheques, bars, restaurants, etc.

 DAY 2
Breakfast   then we go to the Museum to see about Amazonian art and paints crafts.  After that we go to Nanay River to take a boat towards the Boras native community.  Then we take the boat towards the Barrio florida to visit the Fundo Pedrito where we can observe caiman, arapaima gigas (the largest fish in the Amazon), turtles, monkey and others and then we take a swim in the Nanay river, after that we take  our boat upstream to go to Gallito Village in here we can realize about the way of  living of the local jungle people and we can visit the school and play football or volleyball and swim in the Amazon river. Finally we can back to Iquitos and then to our hotel

Day 3:Pacaya-Samiria Amazon platform - Amazon offspring

. we pick up from the hotel and transfer to nauta port 2 hours travelling by bus after we take our boat to Pacaya-Samiria Amazon platform taking 2 to 2.5 hours. While traveling you are going to visit the confluence of the Ucayali and Marañon river, where the Amazon river is born. Enjoy the spectacular view from a 100 feet watching tower. Arrival to the platform and accommodation followed by a delicious lunch. In the afternoon, you will make your first hike through the beautiful rainforest that surrounds the lodge to appreciate rainforest flora and fauna. Depending of the climate conditions, we will observe a beautiful sunset from our watchtower. Yummy dinner and briefing about the activities of the next day.

  

Day 4:Nauta creek
Before having had breakfast you will go on a bird watching trip to see the astonishing jungle dawn. Afterwards you start a boat excursion to Nauta creek and the surrounding lakes (cochas) and have the chance to observe flora and fauna (monkeys, sloths and wide variety of aquatic birds). After lunch you can go swimming, fishing and explore the seasonally flooded forest (flat lands flooded each year by the seasonal rainfall). After returning to the lodge a tasty dinner is prepared for you.

  

Day 5:Yanayacu river - Yarina village - campground
After an early morning breakfast, boat trip down the Yanayacu river to the Yarina village. The travel last 4 to 5 hours. You have the chance to observe gray and pink dolphins, aquatic birds, river turtles, sloths, monkeys, parrots, and macaws. Before arriving at the campground you can enjoy your box lunch. Arrival at campground. In the afternoon and night excursions are planned including caiman sightseeing and listening to the sounds of the jungle. The dinner will be at the camping sites and you also spend the nigh in tents.

  

Day 6:Pona Lake - Yagua Creek
Breakfast followed by a hike through primary rainforest to Pona Lake to observe flora and fauna. Returning for lunch, you make a canoe trip down the Yagua Creek in the afternoon. Before spending the night at the camp ground you have dinner and briefing about the activities of the next day.

  

Day 7:Riverside village - lodge
After having had breakfast you visit a riverside village to learn about local peoples way of life. After lunch you start your trip back to the lodge  and after lunch we arrange our things to come back to nauta port and then to Iquitos.
